This Privacy Policy applies to the Neon Hell application for mobile devices and web browsers, together with any related services operated by Artem Shkriab, an individual developer doing business as Neon Fire (collectively, the "Application"). Artem Shkriab is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our".
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Application, how that information is used, and what rights you may have in relation to your information.
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download, access, or use it. This may include:
If you contact the Service Provider for support or other inquiries, you may voluntarily provide personal information such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
The Application may allow you to sign in using supported authentication providers, including Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. When you use these sign-in options, the Service Provider may receive basic account information from the authentication provider, such as a user identifier, email address, display name, or other information that you authorize the provider to share.
Authentication is used to create or access your account, synchronize progress, restore purchases, protect your account, provide cloud save functionality, and improve security.
The Application may use Supabase or similar backend services to provide account functionality, cloud saves, gameplay synchronization, user progress storage, virtual currency balances, unlocked content, purchase-related entitlements, settings, and other Application functionality.
Cloud save data may be associated with your account identifier, authentication provider identifier, device information, or other technical identifiers necessary to provide and secure the service.
The Application may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, premium features, paid content, or other paid services. Purchases made through mobile platforms are processed by the applicable app store provider, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
The Service Provider does not receive or store your full payment card number or complete payment credentials for purchases processed by Google Play or Apple. The Service Provider may receive and process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase status, purchase history, receipts, subscription status, entitlement status, and fraud-prevention information.
This information is used to validate purchases, deliver purchased content, restore purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and maintain accurate account and entitlement records.
The Application may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements allow you to voluntarily watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game reward, such as virtual currency, bonus resources, revive opportunities, rerolls, or other gameplay benefits.
Advertising partners may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, app usage information, advertisement interactions, and information about whether an advertisement was viewed or completed. This information may be used to deliver advertisements, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and provide rewards after eligible rewarded advertisements.
Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will request your consent before using personalized advertising or non-essential advertising identifiers. You may be able to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings.
The Application may use analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic tools, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. These services help the Service Provider understand how the Application is used, identify technical problems, improve performance, fix crashes, and enhance user experience.
Crash reports and diagnostics may include device information, operating system version, Application version, crash logs, stack traces, performance data, and other technical information related to the issue.
The Application, web version, or third-party SDKs integrated into the Application may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, and similar technologies to support functionality, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, fraud prevention, security, and service delivery.
Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies.
The Service Provider may use collected information for the following purposes:
The Application may use third-party services that collect, process, or store information according to their own privacy policies. These services may receive information directly from your device or through the Application.
The Application may use the following third-party service providers:

The Service Provider will update this Privacy Policy to identify applicable advertising partners where required by law or platform rules.
The Service Provider may share User Provided Data and Automatically Collected Data in the following cases:
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any required opt-out rights will be provided.
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may process or transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
